Black Oak’s Holiday Party is Craft Beer and Cheer, December 3rd from 3-7pm!

While our 11th Birthday on 11.11.11 is now a fond memory – 160 people enjoyed live music from Brown Sabbath, Reethi’s Mole Ole Cask and Nancy’s gumbo – you don’t have to wait toooo long before our next brewery bash…

That’s right, on Saturday December 3rd from 3 – 7 p.m. we’re decking the Black Oak halls and celebrating a year of collaborative growth in Ontario craft beer.  As always, the holiday party is $20.00 per person for tons of cheer and craft beer. No need to RSVP, just show up and pay at the door.

The holiday party will be catered by Jason Rees of Pork Ninjas. Jason’s cookin’ up:

• Nutcracker Pulled Pork, pulled fresh on-site
• Vegetarian sun-dried tomato-smoked mac and cheese
• BBQ chocolate cake with made with beer and grilled figs
• Custom Nutcracker BBQ sauce

We’ll be pairing the Nutcracker-infused dishes with cask of Nut Brown and Pale Ale Apple Rauchbier and kegs of your favourite Black Oak beer including “MOstacher in the Rye” … (Happy Holiday’s to you)…

And, what is a holiday party without an overabundance of gluttonous cookies? We’ll be asking for your help in creating Pale Ale “spent malt” cookies. Details coming soon!

We encourage you to have a good time by taking public transportation and we’ll be sure to call you a taxi at the end of the night.
